Iraq = US Failure

A car bomb killed at least 48 people in Iraq yesterday.  You may have missed it because it wasn’t a big story on the news.

The blast and three other bombings were just the latest in a week of attacks that have killed more than 200 Iraqis.  Angry demonstrators pelted US-trained “Security Forces” because they are inept at protecting anyone.  If our American troops really do leave the country by the end of the year (which I doubt),  the fragile coalition government will undoubtedly crumble.

Bush lied and got us into these unwinnable wars – then Obama lied to get elected and escalated them. They both have blood on their hands in your name.

In a 2006 poll, 3 out of every 4 Iraqis wanted an immediate withdrawal of American troops – they believed it would ease sectarian violence.  Can you imagine those numbers 5 years later?  But what the hell do they know?  It’s only their country.

When will America ever learn?

    After WW II Great Britain had to decide whether to give up her empire or take care of her own. I knew the U.S. would be faced with this decision some time this century, but I didn’t expect the moment to come this soon. The Bush tax cuts, the war in Iraq, the war in Afghanistan, and the Medicare drug plan (all unfunded) have pushed us to the brink.The looming problems with social security, medicaid, and medicare will make the situation even worse.

    Empire or our own? The military industrial complex wants its money, and public opinion is being shaped to retain the empire. The people will be left scratching their heads and wondering what went wrong, but they’ll have no one to blame but themselves.

    A little confidence and voting out the shitbirds would be a start. But when OUR President gets with a Red Chinese leader to get his help in an “After America” world, we have a brand new but still useless getto black panther kluts inspiring success in everyone who wants a piece of us instead of us. OUR PRESIDENT is joining his communist freind HOLDER and the Mexican Gov. in Suing the UNITED STATES because we have border control and want it stronger with there being a drug war with over 100,000 casualties reaching over our border. The looney shoebomber was sentenced to over 200 years, plus 5 years of supervision and you never saw it on the now government controlled media. We no longer have a free press, just propaganda. The Bombers Judge didn’t miss it. Bomber Reid said he was not afraid, he was a warrior in the destruction of the United States.
    The Judge told him he was so important that two days later nobody would ever hear from him or care about him. He got caught being the lowest level of coward there is-a terrorist, NOT A WARRIOR! He had no honor and none of the honor of a warrior to plan to kill over 200 civilians. He was a NOTHING. I’d have liked to have seen that in the press. Having an economic interdependance with the Chinese could lead to that 1000 yrs of peace. But we don’t need our LEADERS crying the sky is falling. Our Leaders are traitors everytime they put blame on other people when they are just there to steal. I like the idea of having our congressmen wear patches like racecar drivers do of who their paying sponsors are.
